  • STRENGTHENING Clarity Events,
  • STANDARDIZING Retreats, and 
  • SCALE for your network. 

Format and Flow

January 20-22, 2026
Arrive 4:00pm on January 20
Depart by lunch on January 22

Schedule:
We’ll keep the schedule intentionally light with a mix of teaching, open space, and guided conversation. Exact session times and schedule will be emailed to attendees but expect:

  • Evening welcome and opening session (Day 1)

  • Morning and afternoon sessions with margin for rest and reflection (Day 2)

  • Final clarity session and next-step commitments and action items (Day 3)

You will not be trapped in a packed, over-programmed schedule. The goal is clarity, not exhaustion.

We'll throw in some horses, fishing, guns, pool, hot tub, and there's always TV, of course.
