Mark Neal is the CEO and Founder of Clarity, created to help leaders stay healthy while leading well. With over two decades of experience in both ministry and business, Mark has led churches through rapid growth, revitalization, and transition—planting multiple congregations and overseeing teams of more than 100 people with multi-million-dollar budgets.

In the marketplace, he’s an investor, executive coach, and consultant who helps organizations build sustainable growth without losing their soul in the process. Having personally faced the cost of burnout and recovery, Mark speaks with hard-earned clarity about leadership, integrity, and spiritual health.

He and his wife also built a successful wedding business from the ground up. Today, Mark is a sought-after speaker and mentor, known for helping pastors and professionals lead from presence, not pressure.
