Step away. Hear again. Lead well.

Clarity Retreats are 2–3 day soul care experiences for small groups of leaders. They’re designed for rest, renewal, and rediscovering God’s direction.

Because breakthrough rarely happens in the boardroom.

Most leaders don’t need another conference. They need space to think. They need margin to process. They need to get out of the noise long enough to hear clearly again.

That’s why we host Clarity Retreats - two-night, three-day environments crafted for pastors and leaders to pause, gain perspective, and return home with renewed focus and direction.

These aren’t content-heavy seminars. They’re guided environments for reflection, conversation, and practical alignment.

What You’ll Experience

Unhurried Space. Every retreat includes intentional teaching, but never overload. Expect margin, conversation, and personal reflection—not a packed agenda.

Meaningful Connection. Each experience is limited in size to foster honest discussion and peer learning. You’ll leave with real relationships, not just notes.

Practical Direction. Every retreat centers on a focused theme—like leadership development, budgeting, momentum, or generosity—and gives you simple, actionable clarity to take home.

The Format

2 Nights / 3 Days
4 PM Day 1 → 11 AM Day 3

We keep it simple and spacious. A few focused sessions. Plenty of room to rest, think, and connect.

A Typical Flow
  • Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner

  • Day 2: Sessions + Open Space for Processing

  • Day 3: Personal Clarity + Departure

No overcrowded schedule. No filler content. Just margin, clarity, and practical strategy.

Who It’s For

Pastors, church planters, and executive leaders who are tired of pushing hard and ready to lead on purpose. You’ll connect with others who care about leading smarter—not just harder.

Locations

Clarity Retreats happen year-round at handpicked venues chosen for rest and renewal

  • Horsestamp Inn, GA
  • Arrowhead, CA
  • And additional seasonal locations

Investment Point

Venues, retreat size, and retreat length all vary. But for planning purposes you can consider:

  • $1,250-$1750 per person
($1750-$2450) for two leaders from the same church and/or married couples.
  • Limited to 8 participants (or married couples) for most retreats
  • Travel never included. But accommodations are included.

How It Works

Choose Your Topic. Select a retreat that fits your season.

Reserve Your Spot. Space is limited to keep each gathering personal.

Come Ready. Bring your notebook, your questions, and your need for clarity.

Mapping Momentum

Stop Striving. Start Surfing.

Most churches are rowing hard.
Few are actually riding the waves.

A retreat designed to help pastors and leaders recognize, ride, and steward the natural rhythms God already built into the year. You’ll discover how to lead your church with timing, not just tactics—and how to catch the waves that create real growth.

Leadership Development

Most churches say they want more leaders but they're just aiming at more helpers.
This retreat reframes leadership development from delegation to multiplication.

We'll define what leadership actually means in your context, define standards and expectations, work to craft a culture where taking ownership is normal.
