MAPPING MOMENTUM
A retreat that equips leaders to build their church with intention.
Horse Stamp Inn
Waverly, Georgia
February 18–20, 2026
Stop guessing at growth.
Start leading it on purpose.
Most pastors don’t need another conference notebook.
They need space, language, and a clear plan for what to do next.
This Clarity Retreat is a two-night, three-day experience for pastors and church leaders who want to grow their church with intention—not hype. You’ll step away from the noise, think clearly about where your church is headed, and build a practical growth plan you can actually execute.
Led by Stephen “Swebb” Webb and hosted by Mark & Lori Neal
at the beautiful Horse Stamp Inn in Waverly, Georgia.
About Your Hosts
Swebb
Church builder, leadership coach, and former expansion pastor who has helped launch and lead multiple campuses, build systems, and coach pastors in the gritty realities of church growth.
Mark & Lori Neal
Founders of Clarity and hosts of the retreat experience. Mark serves leaders through both Aspire and Clarity organizations, and Lori creates the environment and hospitality that makes this more than a meeting—it’s a reset.
What We’ll Work On
This retreat is built around a handful of core church growth levers. Sessions will be focused, practical, and conversational—not theory for theory’s sake.
Planned sessions include:
-
Mapping Momentum
Learn to recognize and ride the natural waves in your year instead of grinding through every season the same way. -
Messaging & Marketing
Clarify what you are actually saying as a church—and how that gets translated into series, socials, invites, and next steps. -
Leadership Development
Move beyond “more helpers” into multiplying real leaders who carry weight, own outcomes, and extend your impact. -
Additional Growth Topics
We’ll also hit critical layers like guest experience, follow-up, systems, and sustainable pace—shaped by the needs of the room.
You’ll leave with a sharper growth philosophy and a simple, concrete plan tailored to where your church is right now.
Format and Flow
February 18–20, 2026
Arrive by late afternoon on February 18 (VIPs arrive earlier)
Depart by lunch on February 20
Schedule:
We’ll keep the schedule intentionally light with a mix of teaching, open space, and guided conversation. Exact session times and schedule will be emailed to attendees but expect:
-
Evening welcome and opening session (Day 1)
-
Morning and afternoon sessions with margin for rest and reflection (Day 2)
-
Final clarity session and next-step commitments and action items (Day 3)
You will not be trapped in a packed, over-programmed schedule. The goal is clarity, not exhaustion.
We'll throw in some horses, fishing, guns, pool, hot tub, and there's always TV, of course.
