What if the greatest threat to our ministries isn't what's happening around us, but what's quietly eroding within us?
In this session, Mark Neal challenges leaders to examine the health of their inner lives and the danger of allowing the pace of ministry to outrun the depth of their relationship with God. Ministry can grow, platforms can expand, and outward success can continue—even while a leader's soul is slowly running dry.
Drawing from John 15, Mark reminds us that lasting fruit isn't ultimately the product of better strategies, stronger teams, or greater effort. Fruit is the product of connection. Jesus' invitation is to abide—to remain deeply connected to Him and allow everything we do in ministry to flow from genuine intimacy with God.
Before we are called to produce, perform, lead, or build, we are called to be with Him.

WADE JOYE
Go in the Strength You Have
What if the strength you've been waiting for is already within you?
Drawing from the story of Gideon in Judges 6, Wade Joye challenges us to stop waiting until we feel more qualified, more confident, or more like someone else before stepping into what God has called us to do. When Gideon saw weakness and inadequacy, God pointed to the strength already present in him and simply said, "Go."
In this session, Wade explores three dimensions of strength: the essential strength found in our daily rhythms and disciplines, the exceptional strength found in the unique ways God has wired and shaped us, and the eternal strength that comes only through the Holy Spirit.
Our assignment isn't an accident—and we don't have to become someone else to fulfill it. God has uniquely shaped our gifts, experiences, passions, and even our pain for the work He has placed before us.

Swebb
Get Rich and Die Tryin'
What if the thing standing between us and greater impact isn't a lack of resources, but a lack of generosity?
Drawing from Proverbs 11:25, Stephen Webb challenges us to rethink what it means to live and lead from a place of abundance. God doesn't bless us simply so we can accumulate more—He invites us to become people through whom His blessing can continually flow. Capacity isn't the same as accumulation.
In this session, Swebb explores a different picture of what it means to be "rich": using our relationships, resources, influence, encouragement, and opportunities to refresh the people around us. The more we live with open hands, the more we allow God to expand our capacity to make an impact.
The question isn't simply, "How much do I have?" It's "How much can flow through me?"

Brad White
How Jesus Restored My Soul
What happens when everything we've built starts to crumble—and the tools that once worked no longer do?
In this deeply personal session, Brad White shares his journey through the kind of soul-emptiness that can quietly take hold even while ministry appears successful on the outside. Along the way, he challenges four beliefs that can subtly replace dependence on God: cloning over anointing, models over context, strategy over culture, and planning over prayer.
Drawing from Genesis 2:7, Brad reminds us that even after Adam was fully formed, he still needed the breath of God to come alive. The same is true in our leadership. Creativity, strategy, systems, and hard work all have their place—but none can substitute for the life and power that come from the Holy Spirit.
The invitation is to examine not only what we're building, but what we're depending on to build it.
